A workflow is how we are going to follow up with our leads with automated messages. This is great for when we want to stay top of mind, and not drop the ball when we capture leads. A workflow begins one a trigger happens in the system. Once the workflow begins, it will send off a sequence that will continue until the end of the workflow.

To access the workflows, go to the automation section on the left side of the toolbar. At the top, you will notice a list of: Workflow, Campaign, and triggers. Workflows are the new way that we do campaigns. A workflow contains both campaigns and triggers inside. We do not need to worry about those sections. Only Workflows.
