Now that we have a workflow started, let's take a look at the settings. In the default settings, We can manage communication, contacts, conversations, and workflow sequence. To get to the settings of a workflow, go to the automation section on the left hand navigation. Click on the desired workflow to work in. Once in the workflow, click on the ‘settings’ option in the top menu options. Here is a video giving you a breakdown of the workflow settings.
