A trigger is what starts the workflow. Triggers are located at the top of the workflow, in the grey box. There is several categories that you can trigger information from: Appointments, Contact, Contact Actions, Events, Facebook, Membership, Opportunities, Payments, Shopify. Triggers is what we want to look at to see if funnels are connected to workflows.
